1. Booking Policy: All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or by contacting our customer service department. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be stated at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required before the commencement of the travel/tour package. We accept payment through various modes including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. In the event that the payment is not received within the stipulated time, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be made.
3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the travel package, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be based on the number of days before the travel date when the cancellation is made.
4. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the travel booking should be made in writing to our customer service department at least 48 hours before the travel date. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Travel Documents: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and up to date. We do not accept any responsibility if a customer is unable to travel due to invalid or expired documents.
6. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling with us. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or any injury or illness that occurs during the travel.
7. Health and Safety: We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our customers, and we expect our customers to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the local authorities and our representatives during the travel.
8. Liability: We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or industrial action. We will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages that arise due to the cancellation or delay of a travel package.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
